Research interests

  • Protein-Membrane Interactions via molecular dynamic simulations (AA-MD and CG-MD)
  • Amyloid protein-lipid interactions and associated diseases

PhD Project

I am working on protein-membrane interactions of guanylate binding proteins (GBPs) on membranes via all-atomic and coarse-grained molecular dynamic (MD) simulations. My research focuses on investigating the correlation between the dynamics, polymerization, and membrane binding of GBPs and their effect on the stability of the membrane.
