- Computer-aided drug design of radiopharmaceuticals for cancer-related proteins
- Investigation of protein-ligand interactions using computer-aided drug design tools
PhD Project
In collaboration with the Clinic for Nuclear Medicine at University Hospital Düsseldorf, I am working on a computer-aided drug design project to contribute to the development of radiopharmaceuticals for the fibroblast activation protein alpha (FAPα). The methods involved in this project include molecular modelling, molecular docking and molecular dynamics simulations.
